I've had Covenant Eyes on my iPhone and Mac for a couple of months now. It honestly works great for me, so unsure why all the bad reviews! I used the code 'TIKTOK' at checkout and it gave me 30 days free to try it out (it still works!), so I'd definitely recommend giving it a go as you can cancel anytime.

I wish I could give this "Christian" site zero stars. First of all they won't let you cancel your subscription unless you talk to a salesperson. Then they do anything to keep you like give you a "hardship discount", hmmm.. well I wouldn't be calling in the first place if I could afford it, so attempting to talk someone into keeping a product that they can't afford is probably not very high in Christlikeness. Second of all if you call and leave a message they won't cancel it. At this point I'm at my wits end, I'm going to have to block the card or something and have the bank handle it. I have these wonderful Christian friends to thank for the frustration and stress. I've been treated better by the wokiest, scummiest, media companies compared to this company and that is sad. I never even downloaded the product, and after this I never will.

I have been porn free for several
years now and have had constant problems with sites that I use for business being blocked. It’s a hassle to resolve this because you have to have the admin (in this case my wife) logon and change filtering settings. I tried to cancel the service as I don’t even have it on most of my devices and they wouldn’t let me unless my wife called to do so. Basically, I can cancel my bank account but otherwise unless I want my wife to freak out I’m stuck paying their extortion of $18 a month with no way out. I felt less trapped when I was caught up in porn addiction than I do now. I would advise some of the great free options out there before this company.

Terrible, terrible service. Frequently flagged false positives, just triggering more acrimony and distrust in our marriage. And, I have to disconnect my Norton VPN so that my devices will connect to the internet through their shoddy Covenant VPN. Finally, they have recently changed branding of the onscreen logo so that now I always see this ubiquitous, Orwellian eyeball staring at me from my phone screen. I HATE this service, and will disconnect it today, marriage or no marriage.

Truely a terrible service and overpriced for what it provides. It doesn't monitor applications outside of
Safari and the Covenant Eyes browser. Any other app you download, you can access NSFW content (twitter, youtube, another browser). The VPN is terrible, slow and buggy. It would constantly cut out my internet connection, forcing me to restart the VPN (which takes a solid 30-60second) multiple times per day. I cancelled my service for a few months after getting to a point where i felt i didn't need it. After a relapse I eventually wanted to restart my subscription (i must be a masochist) only to be greeted with infinite loading screens when trying to pay. The tech was so bad they couldn't even take my money!!!

Never using again, never recommending, and praying for a better competitor because the world needs something like this THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

Useless for marraiges. Just continues to hide the sin. Doesn't actually deal with the root of the problem. Porn addiction destroyed my Marraige and this app promotes the addiction !! It allows the husband to hide from the wife his problems.. and the women are abused and not heard told to submit and be abused by their infidelity

The program doesn't work, the screenshots are so blurry that even with a reduced blur photo it takes a Sherlock Holmes level investigation to find if someone has strayed. The app will block reddit, and youtube comments, but still allows direct access to porn. And the only way to cancel is to call and talk to a representative in person during Eastern time business hours which is a huge hassel as a west coast person.

What a pile of garbage this company is. I canceled my service with them after only 2 weeks of a trial and they charged my credit card anyways. No support. Chats stink. Only a computer not a real human. And no one answers the phone. Complicated software for others using with you. Expensive. Pick something else.

I had Covenant eyes for a few months and unfortunately had to cancel the subscription because it just completely shut down any apps on my iPhone. I couldn’t even connect to my gym app when working out and as soon as the app was deleted off my phone everything would work perfectly. Very disappointing

Not perfect, but does the job of filtering and blocking content. I hope they will continue improving it so it will work better and better for their users.

Covenant Eyes is absolutely useless if you own IOS devices. It only monitors when using their app, and even with that, the screen shots are so poor that they are useless. Don’t waste your money.

It certainly blocks porn, but it blocks every thing else too. Can’t even access Canvas to turn in my assignments. So frustrated.

I canceled my service back in 2020 and they keep charging my bank account every month so they're stealing from people so you need to watch those bank accounts. Im talking with a lawyer to sue

This app used to be okay. The recent changes to their software however, have made it absolutely useless. Screen accountability does not work. I have told the company many times since they introduced the feature. The recent update has left reports based solely on screen accountability. The app works poorly on iOS it constantly turns off or can be turned off. Nothing is monitored unless the specific browser is used. It does not monitor app activity or block content within apps. l contacted customer service a few times and found them to be responsive but lacking in helpfulness. The only useful feature of CE used to be the full browsing logs. I never found reports to be comprehensive and literally spent hours filtering thru thousands of logs to check for suspicious activity. Now this feature is gone completely and so the service is utterly a waste of money as it will do absolutely nothing but provide a false sense of behavior from addicts.

This company is a POS. Like Nazi controlling. Because of this I will be changing my company policy to not allow this kind of software on any of my computers.
